Went on second cruise of my life thru Carnival and had the trip of a lifetime -- 7 days in the Mexican Riviera. Since I wasn't an experienced traveler, Joy helped us navigate trip insurance details, cruise packages, boarding and luggage rules, and all the ins and outs of having the best cruise experience. She suggested lots of tips and tricks that only a travel agent can know. All of us enjoyed it immensely. The most relaxing, carefree vacation I had been on in a long time thanks to her!

Best 60th Birthday cruise!

It was so exciting to go on a cruise to Mexico for the first time with my adult children and my son's significant other. Joy handled all the details for us seamlessly. This was my daughter's first cruise which made it even more fun and she had an awesome time as well.
I most definitely will do this again with my family. It was loads of fun with lots of food to enjoy. Enjoyed the formal dinner too which was awesome. Thank you Joy for helping me and my family have a great time!
